We are not currently taking on new clients from general requests. Our clients come from recommendations of organizations that we know and trust and have formed a working partnership with. ADAP also will assist those volunteers of Karl's Kids Program, Inc. who have Assistance Dogs.
We will not give out the names of our current or past clients except at their request.
Our clients are able to use our corporation name in newspaper articles or on their fundraising websites.
ADAP assists our clients in fundraising for new Program Dogs and any related travel expenses in being matched with their new dog, introductory training, or follow-up evaluations and training.
ADAP assists our clients with their dog's medical and grooming needs. We will work directly with businesses in order to secure discounts or donations of products or services that are needed to keep the working dog in good health and at its peak working ability.
ADAP will also work with our clients in seeing to the needs of their retired Assistance Dogs. We feel that after giving so much of themselves during their working careers that they deserve continued high quality care and attention.

Karl's Kids Feed A Pet Activity disburses food to area shelters and rescues to help with the animal's care unitl a forever home can be found for it. The Feed A Pet Activity also helps pet owners who are going through a temporary hardship in feeding their pet so they may keep and not have to rehome their pet.
When dog and cat food, cat litter, and treats are available Karl's Kids will disburse to a pre-approved listing:
1) Area shelters and rescues
2) State approved foster (children) families' household cats and dogs
3) Local individuals or families who are struggling to feed their pet(s) because of an unforseen circumstance.
4) Senior citizen assistance
5) Assistance with product, fund disbursement, or coupons for Persons with Disabilities working animals
6) During hurricane season a small amount of food is held back to be used if an emergency pet-friendly shelter is activated in the area. This food is rotated at each disbursement. At the end of the season all food being held in temporay storage is disbursed.

The Project Mission
To instruct children in the basic Fire & Life Safety lessons so that they will better
know how to react to an emergency in which they may someday find themself.
Project Goals
That the series of Fire & Life Safety classes will be available to children from Pre-K to 5th grade. That all children no matter the level of their learning ability are taught how to help themselves in an emergency situation.
