Management Positions

*Executive Director
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the Executive Director of this nonprofit corporation.
The ED is the senior manager of the organization and sits on the Executive Committee of the Board.
The ED develops and implements the organization's Strategic Plan.
All projects and activities of the Program and all staff and general volunteers are reportable to and are under the direction of the Executive Director.

*Director of Operations
This staff position reports directly to the Executive Director.
The Director of Operations sits on the Executive Committee of the Board.
The Director of Operations oversees the daily operations of the Program including but not limited to Websites and Internet Forums. The Director of Operations has an automatic seat on all Program committees to insure that the Executive Director is aware of any major activities of the Committee.

*The Director of Public Relations & Marketing
This staff position reports directly to the Executive Director.
The Director of Public Relations & Marketing sits on the Executive Committee of the Board.

*The Director of Karl's Putnam Kids
This staff position reports directly to the Executive Director.
The Director of Karl's Putnam Kids sits on the Executive Committee of the Board.

The Director of the Art Department
This staff position reports directly to the Executive Director.

The Project and Activity Coordinators are appointed by the Executive Director. These staff positions oversee the running of the various projects and activities of the Program. Project and Activity Coordinators usually report to the Director of Operations but may in some cases report directly to the Executive Director.

The Volunteer Coordinator reports directly to the Executive Director. The Volunteer Coordinator works with all Staff Directors and Coordinators to ensure that they have the volunteers to assist them in their duties.

Committee Chairs are appointed by the Executive Director. The Committee Chairperson will usually report to the Project or Activity Coordinator under which the Committee was formed. In some cases a Committee Chair may report directly to the Director of Operations. Committees dealing with finances report directly to the Excutive Director.

--Website & Forum Update Committee reports directly to the Director of Operations.
--The Grant Writing Team (Committee) reports directly to the Executive Director.

All Fund Raising Activities are under the supervision of the Executive Director. Details will be noted by the corporation bookkeeper and compiled into financial reports. Such reports are submitted to the Executive Director and to the Chief Financial Officer.

*These Directors along with the Officers of the Corporation form the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors.
